Through the collaborated effort of Monterey County and City of Salinas, the new temporary shelter will provide dinner, bathrooms and a safe secure place for men, women and children to stay this winter season.
The shelter was designed to accommodate up to 70 homeless residents seven days a week from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. from December 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018.
